Additional Information
Booking Fee & Incidental fee​
25% of your package fee and an incidental fee/security fee of $250 is REQUIRED to reserve a date. Incidental fees are returned after your event and after the property has been inspected for damages (up to 4 business days). Charges apply if the venue requires extra cleaning beyond standard services and/or for any time used beyond the agreed rental period. (deducted from incidental fee)

Hourly rate
$130 Per Hour with a 5 hour minimum.

Cancellations
All fees/payments received are NON-Refundable. If you need to reschedule you must request this via email at least 30 days prior to scheduled event. Emails must be acknowledged by SLC Event Venue.
Events cancelled 30 days or less prior to event date are not refunded nor rescheduled.
